During my extensive experience in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, memory care communities, and hospice care agencies, I have witnessed seismic shifts in the healthcare landscape. During these turbulent times I researched what enabled some organizations to thrive and historically successful enterprises to backslide; it can be distilled down to THE 8 (EIGHT) C's: Compassion, Creativity, Communication, Consistency, Competency, Culture, Collaboration, and Coordination.
